Jayne W. Di Vincenzo is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and trusted financial advisor with more than 25 years of experience helping clients build confidence in their financial lives. She specializes in retirement planning, investment management, and multigenerational wealth strategies, with a particular focus on women investors, professionals nearing retirement, and high-net-worth families.
Jayne founded two successful investment firms and, in 2025, merged her practice—Fiduciary EDGE Advisors, LLC—into Curo Private Wealth, a BlueSpring Wealth Partner firm. This partnership expands her ability to deliver comprehensive financial planning, tax-efficient investment strategies, and coordinated wealth management to clients across Virginia, the mid-Atlantic region and nationwide.
She holds seven securities and insurance licenses and four industry-recognized credentials:

Jayne earned her B.A. in Economics from NC State University and completed executive programs at the University of Notre Dame, The Wharton School, and UCLA Anderson. She has been a frequent speaker at national financial conferences and has been featured in regional and industry media.
Deeply committed to community service, Jayne has served on numerous boards including Step Up Savannah, the Foodbank of the Virginia Peninsula, the Newport News Education Foundation, and the Newport News Retirement Fund Investment Committee. She volunteered for six years as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate), supporting children who have experienced abuse or neglect. She is also co-founder of International Friends of Animals in Developing Countries DBA “Friends of Animals International”, a nonprofit rescuing and rehoming street dogs.
Jayne lives in Chester, Virginia, with her husband, New York Times Best-Selling author Mark Di Vincenzo. They have three daughters, two dogs, and a cat and in her free time, she enjoys pickleball, hiking, international travel, and helping rescued dogs find loving homes.
